Random GFRED generator in older GTAs

A generator for timed challenge runs like Broughy1322's GFRED or cannonball runs on 5M. Works for GTA 3, Vice City, San Andreas, Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories.

Rules: the run starts and ends on the blue checkpoint and has to visit every red checkpoint in any order. You may only use cars found in traffic and taken from NPCs. The run is timed with ingame clock, so you may start on some integer o'clock.

Enjoy learning a route, optimizing it and getting lucky with cars! 

amount and seed must receive Enter key to register changes. Amount is clamped between 2 and 50 checkpoints. Seed of -1 rolls a random seed.
